Pack of 4 bao buns – eat them fresh or freeze for later.
If you have had these on the stall, you will know their light, sweet, doughy texture! We hand make them using a long proof time and organic flour.
Freezing instructions:
- Freeze on day of delivery in an airtight bag or container. Eat within 3 months.
Cooking instructions:
- TO REHEAT – steam for 10mins until piping hot all the way through
- TO REHEAT FROM FROZEN – steam for 15mins until piping hot all the way through
